Mr. Justice (Retd) Syed Hamid Ali Shah, Advocate of Supreme Court since 19/03/1994, is the founding father of Hyat & Meerjees where he recommenced in the legal profession as a Senior Partner in 2011. He regularly appears in all High Courts and the Supreme Court and has had a large volume of reported cases.

Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Malik is an extremely qualified and highly experienced Advocate High Court with more than fourteen years' experience in the area of civil, criminal, commercial, intellectual property, corporate and banking laws. As an experienced counsel held various assignments including in-house Legal Head of Safety Net Group compris- ing of BC International and Eastern Group for energy Services Company, a renowned Kuwaiti group of companies involved in Oilfield Business.

Mr. Choudhary Arshad Farooq completed his L.L.B., from the University of Punjab, Lahore in 2002. Mr. Choudhary Arshad Farooq is a seasoned litigation lawyer who has vast experience in bank- ing and civil litigation and has been entrusted with legal matters of various national and inter- national organisations. In the course of his legal practice he has collated a considerable number of reported judgments to his name, in the High Court. Apart from his ample experience in civil and banking litigation he has also worked on Project Financing and Commercial transactional matters.

Haider Ali Syed is a graduate of University of Punjab with an L.L.B. (Hons) degree. He then attended Queen Marry College, University of London, an L.L.M. degree in Interna- tional Law and Commercial Law. Whilst in London he worked in a prestigious solicitors' firm in London gaining valuable experience in international arbitration and corporate transactions.

Muhammad Zakria is a dedicated advocate with a rich academic and professional background in both Islamic and corporate law. He began his legal journey by earning an LLB from the University of Punjab in 2014. Driven by a passion for expanding his legal knowledge within a global and religious context, he pursued further studies in Madinah Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia, where he completed his LLB in Shariah and Law in 2019. This unique combination of traditional and Shariah law enables him to approach cases with a nuanced understanding of both conventional and Islamic legal frameworks.
